Your files never leave your device. FlipFiles processes images entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. We cannot see, access, or store your files.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal account information. There are no accounts, no logins, and no user profiles. The files you convert are never uploaded to any server.

2. Information We May Collect

We collect limited, anonymous data to operate and improve the Service:

• Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics and/or Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, referral sources, browser type, and country. This data does not identify individual users.
• Error tracking: If enabled, Sentry may collect anonymous error reports including browser version, error messages, and stack traces to help us fix bugs.
• Cookies: If advertising is enabled, third-party ad networks (e.g. Google AdSense) may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You will be asked for consent before any advertising cookies are placed.

3. Advertising

FlipFiles may display ads from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. These networks use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing activity. You can manage ad personalisation at Google Ads Settings.

We show a consent banner before any advertising cookies are placed. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. Anonymous analytics data may be processed by our service providers (Vercel, Google, Sentry) under their respective privacy policies.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Analytics data is retained by our providers according to their standard retention policies.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
